A $30 service fee applies only if a job requires 30 or more minutes of active labor but does not succeed. If the repair is successful, you pay the service price — nothing extra. The fee is waived if device damage occurs during the attempt. No fee is charged for attempts under 30 minutes that don't succeed. All policies are disclosed before work begins.
